Due to its flexibility, TPU requires careful handling. It is highly recommended to use a direct-drive extruder for successful printing and to print at slower speeds to avoid tangles and jams. Keep the filament dry to prevent bubbles and inconsistent extrusion.
Recommended Applications:
Flexible phone cases, wearable parts, and watch straps.
Gaskets, seals, and shock-absorbing components.
Vibration dampeners and flexible prototypes.
Parts that require elasticity and resistance to abrasion.
Key Features & Benefits:
High Flexibility: Creates parts that can bend, stretch, and deform without breaking.
High Durability: Offers excellent resistance to abrasion, oils, grease, and wear.
Consistent Diameter: Crucial for reliable extrusion with flexible filaments.
Vibration Absorption: Ideal for components designed to dampen or absorb vibrations.

Product Maintenance
Moisture Control: TPU is extremely hygroscopic and will absorb moisture quickly. Store it in a sealed, airtight container with a powerful desiccant immediately after use.
Re-Drying: If the filament becomes moist, it will print with bubbles and inconsistent extrusion. Dry it in a filament dryer or a food dehydrator at 50–55°C for at least 6-8 hours to ensure a dry filament.
Handling: Due to its flexibility, this filament can easily tangle. Always securely clip or tape the end to the spool when not loaded in the printer.
Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry place with low humidity.
