Product Description

Voltera V-One: The All-in-One Desktop PCB Printer
The V-One is a complete electronics laboratory in a single desktop unit. It empowers engineers and educators to skip the weeks-long wait for external fabrication by printing, dispensing, and reflowing circuit boards in-house.

Core Capabilities
Circuit Printing: High-precision dispensing of conductive silver ink to create traces and pads on FR4, glass, or flexible substrates.

Drilling: An optional attachment allows for precise drilling of through-holes and vias for double-sided boards.

Solder Paste Dispensing: Eliminates the need for expensive, design-specific stencils by dispensing paste directly onto pads.

Integrated Reflow: A built-in 550W heater transforms the print bed into a reflow oven, supporting temperatures up to 240°C.

Product Maintenance

To maintain your Voltera V-One and ensure seamless rapid prototyping, follow these core maintenance pillars:

1. Tool & Probe Care
Clean Before Use: Always wipe the probe tip and nozzle with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to ensure accurate height mapping.

Storage: Keep probes and dispensers capped when not in use to prevent ink drying or mechanical seizing.

2. Material Management
Refrigeration: Store inks and solder pastes at 4°C–10°C. Remove them 30–60 minutes before printing to reach room temperature.

Monitoring: Track expiration dates to avoid clogs or inconsistent conductivity caused by separated or thickened ink.

3. Hardware Upkeep
Bed Maintenance: Clean the heated glass bed with IPA after every print. Use a plastic scraper for cured residue to avoid scratching.

Mechanical Rails: Every 6 months, wipe the X, Y, and Z rails clean and apply a small amount of PTFE-based synthetic grease to the lead screws.

Electrical Contacts: Ensure the gold-plated magnetic pogo pins on the carriage are clean and springy for a reliable tool connection.

4. Rapid Troubleshooting
Clear Clogs: Replace disposable nozzles immediately if flow is restricted.

Purge Air: If dispensing is inconsistent, manually purge the cartridge to remove air bubbles or internal plugs.
